1. Stay hydrated with plenty of water, exfoliate, and moisturize (ex: shea butter, coconut oil) often and BEFORE your competition to get your skin to its best! Tanned skin looks so much better hydrated and will put you in the spotlight in the right way! ;)

2. Book your appointment in advance to ensure the best time slot for your schedule.

3. Its best to book your tanning appointment a day or two before your competition to allow your tan to fully develop.

4. Wear loose fitting clothing for after your tanning session. Tight elastic bands or a drawstring could alter your tan.

5. Work-out BEFORE you get tanned so as to not streak your tan during development.

6. Stay cool inside during the development of your tan.

7. Stay away from water contact during the development of your tan. Water splashing from the sink etc.
